Appointments & Treatments
Q) How do I book a treatment?
You can book treatments online via our Fresha booking system or by calling us directly. Booking in advance ensures you can secure your preferred time and therapist.
Q) Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes! We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer your spot to another client. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a partial or full treatment fee.
Q) How should I prepare for my treatment?
Wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to settle in. For bodywork or massage, avoid heavy meals beforehand and stay hydrated. Let your therapist know of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns—your comfort and safety come first.
Products & Online Orders
Q) How can I purchase your products?
Browse and purchase our wellness products, oils, and accessories directly on our website or in our studio. Each listing includes pricing, descriptions, and ethical sourcing information.
Q) I received the wrong product or ordered by mistake. What should I do?
Contact us within 3 working days of delivery with your invoice number, item code, and quantity. We’ll send you a Returns Form and instructions. Please note: return postage for items ordered in error is not refunded. For larger returns, we can arrange a courier collection for £7.50 + VAT. Once items are inspected, a credit will be issued to your PayPal or Aria Crafts account, minus original delivery costs.
Q) How do international orders work?
International orders are charged a flat rate of £17.50 (~$20/€20) for packaging and documentation. Delivery usually takes 7–10 days and may be delayed by customs inspection. Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.
Q) What if a product arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 3 business days with your invoice number, item code, and a photo. In most cases, we issue a full refund—no return needed. Occasionally, for high-value or large items, we may request the product be returned. We’ll provide a Returns Form and instructions.
Payments & Gift Cards
Q) What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal, major credit/debit cards, and other online payment methods displayed at checkout, such as Klarna and Clearpay.
Q) Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes! Gift cards for our treatments are available via Fresha and can be redeemed for any service. They also make a perfect wellness gift.

Q) Are your products cruelty-free and ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We are committed to:
- No animal testing for any of our products
- No child labour anywhere in the world
- Fair Trade and sustainable sourcing wherever possible
Most products are vegan, cruelty-free, and ethically sourced. Any exceptions are noted in product descriptions.
