You can return your item within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- It must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase / payment (receipt or order confirmation) is required
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g., tea, food items)
- Personal care products (e.g., oils, creams, soaps) that have been opened (unless faulty)
- Manufacture sealed items (e.g., music CDs, Tarot cards and incense) that have been opened (unless faulty)
- Custom or personalised/made-to-order items
- Clearance, reduced or final sale items (unless faulty)
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your full refund back to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 2–5 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different item? No problem!
We offer exchanges for products of equal or lesser value. If the new item is more expensive, you’ll just pay the difference.
