Description
Experience the classic fragrance of Frankincense Incense Resin, one of the world’s most traditional and well-known incense resins. When gently heated over a charcoal disc, Frankincense releases a beautifully aromatic, warm and slightly woody fragrance, creating a calming and atmospheric ambience.
Frankincense has been treasured for centuries and is traditionally associated with meditation, spiritual practices, prayer and ceremonial incense. It is equally enjoyable simply as a natural incense for creating a peaceful atmosphere at home.
The resin can be burned on its own or combined with other incense resins, herbs and aromatic materials to create your own unique blends.
How to burn Frankincense Incense Resin:
- Place a charcoal disc in a suitable, heat-resistant incense holder. Use tongs when handling hot charcoal.
- Light the charcoal disc and allow it to self-ignite across the surface.
- When the charcoal begins to turn grey around the edges, carefully place a small amount of Frankincense Resin onto the charcoal.
- Enjoy the rich, fragrant smoke as the resin gently burns.
A layer of sand can be placed in the base of the incense holder to help absorb and distribute the heat from the charcoal.
Please note: Burning charcoal and incense produces heat and smoke. Always use a suitable heat-resistant incense holder, never leave burning incense unattended, and keep away from children, pets and flammable materials. Ensure the room is adequately ventilated.
